This fabric is designed by batikTEKTURA and depicts the topographical map of Bukit Larut, Perak, a place that is closed to the hearts of the two co-founders of batikTEKTURA. This batik uses the batik terap technique which involves stamping of wax on the fabric.

All fabrics are handmade in Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia, by veteran batik artisans.

Fabric type: Cotton primissima (a type of cotton fabric with firmer texture regularly used for men's shirts, sarungs or other types of clothing requiring more firmness or structure).

Available length: 2 metres, 2.5 metres, 3 metres and 3.5 metres.

Width: 1.1 metres or 43 inches

For "buy-in-advance" purchases, the lead time for production of the batik fabric in Kuala Terengganu is 2-3 weeks. Customers will be notified once the fabric are ready for delivery.
