It is a recognised way of preparing food for healing diets worldwide. It contains no added sugar, oil, salt, flavouring enhancers or food additives nor preservatives. 

Our Nutty Nuts and Seeds are soaked overnight to breakdown the enzyme inhibitors for better nutrient absorption. Then dried at low temperature using the dehydration method.

1. ● Our products do not contain additives or preservatives, hence the recommended best before date is 3 months. 
2. ● Our products are freshly pack upon receiving of order. Once open, please ensure stored properly in air-tight container or in the fridge.
3. ● Refrain from repeated exposure to air when package are open for consumption. Our products will absorb moist from the air easily, just like “thirsty hippo”.
